Commission Terms

  • Payment: 50% deposit upfront, 50% upon completion (or full upfront for small orders).
  • Revisions: Unlimited revisions until you're happy with the design.
  • Commercial Use: By default, commissions are for personal use. Add the commercial-use add-on for licensing rights.
  • Original IP: I retain all rights to my original characters and game IP unless a separate commercial license is purchased.
  • Turnaround: Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on workload.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds accepted if no work has begun; partial refund if work is in progress.
